We facilitate the deal
Vehicle Exports South Africa facilitates the deal, applies for all required documentation including SARPCO Police Clearance, ITAC Export Permit and a SADAC Certificate if manufactured in South Africa. We also are able to deliver your vehicle should you require through one of our sister companies.

FAQ
Am I able to save money from the VAT portion on the vehicle?
Yes you can. As a foreigner there is a percentage of the VAT amount that you will be able to retain. Our Sales Team will assist you with a Pro-Forma quotation prior to you signing the deal.
Do I need to pay a deposit to secure the vehicle?
In order to secure the vehicle, you will be required to pay a holding deposit.
What does it mean to facilitate the deal?
If you have found a vehicle at a dealership, we are in a position to negotiate the price in order to get you the best deal, examine the history of the vehicle and ensure the vehicle is in showroom condition.
Do you do the police clearance for the vehicle to go over the border?
Yes, Vehicle Exports South Africa will do the SARPCO, Police Clearance, and Itac Export Permit. In addition, all vehicles assembled in South Africa will be issued with a SADAC certificate. We are your one stop shop.
How long have you been doing vehicle exports for?

How long does the process take from payment to the vehicle being ready for delivery?
The process will take 7-10 working days upon receipt of payment. However, we always do our utmost best to ensure our turnaround time is quicker.
Are you able to source the vehicle for me?
A Vehicle Exports SA employee will be able to source a vehicle as per your specifications, alternatively if you have already sourced a vehicle our specialized team is able to view and confirm the condition of the vehicle.
Are you able to arrange delivery/transportation for my vehicle?
Vehicle Exports South Africa has our own carriers that can deliver your vehicle to one of the following countries: Zimbabwe, Zambia and Malawi. There are alternative options for countries other than these. If you would like your vehicle delivered to Kenya, we are able to send it via air freight.
Do I need to pay any additional fees for these services?
There is a clearance fee, this will be included in your invoice.
Why should I allow you to facilitate the deal for me?
Our aim is to save you, our customer, the time as well as the claiming of VAT back due to unsuccessful claims.
